Ten Trails’ official ARC application is issued by association management—it is not a single public fence PDF, and it can differ by village. Use our checklist to assemble drawings and samples, then request the current packet when you file. Contact: hoa@tentrails.com · (360) 469-4043 · tentrails.com.

Ten Trails HOA Fence Submission Checklist
MyFence.com homeowner checklist covering village/phase confirmation, CC&Rs vs. city code, site plan, drawings, and HOA contact steps. Not a substitute for the official ARC application.
Ten Trails ARC fence process
Confirm your village and builder phase
Ten Trails is still phasing in. Design standards can vary by section. We confirm which ARC rules apply to your lot before drawing the fence.
Design to CC&Rs, not just city code
Allowed styles, colors, and materials are often tighter than Black Diamond city rules. Hybrid cedar/aluminum and clear cedar are common on the ridge, where wind and moisture are part of the job.
Request the current ARC packet and submit
Email hoa@tentrails.com or call (360) 469-4043 for the current application. Attach a site plan, elevations, materials, and finish samples. File any City of Black Diamond permit separately. Do not start construction until you have written ARC approval.
Install to the approved plan
We build cedar, hogwire, and hybrid systems to the approved layout—posts and rails sized for foothills wind, panels that sit clean on new construction lots.
What makes fencing HOA-approved in Ten Trails
The Architectural Review Committee looks for neighborhood-character designs: approved materials and colors, placement that respects trails and parks, and construction that holds up on the ridge. A city permit is not a substitute. MyFence.com prepares ARC packets that already match what reviewers expect.
- Village/phase guidelines confirmed before the design is locked
- Materials and colors aligned to Ten Trails CC&Rs, not only city code
- Site plans showing trails, parks, and proposed fence location
- Wind-ready hybrid or cedar systems for ridge lots

Ten Trails HOA approved fencing FAQs
What is Ten Trails HOA approved fencing?
It means your design, materials, color, and placement pass Ten Trails architectural review before install. CC&Rs are often stricter than City of Black Diamond code. Hybrid cedar/aluminum and cedar privacy are common on ridge lots.
Where can I get the official Ten Trails fence forms?
Request the current ARC application from HOA management at hoa@tentrails.com or (360) 469-4043. Use the checklist PDF on this page to prepare drawings and samples.
Do all Ten Trails villages have the same fence rules?
Core architectural review applies community-wide, but phase and builder sections can differ. We confirm your village guidelines before drawing the package.
Do I need approval before installation?
Yes. Do not start construction until the ARC provides written approval. A city permit does not replace it. We schedule Ten Trails installs after approval.
